calorie shifting menu plans:

 

Calorie Shifting is based on the premise that you can manipulate your body’s metabolism at will – simply by shifting calories you eat from meal to meal.

Done in the right combination calorie shifting will make your body burn fat.

Remember this calorie shifting menu plan was personalized specifically for me and the food choices I made, it will probably look quite different for you. Vegetarian Menu Plans also available.

Day 1:

Meal #1:

  • Scrambled Eggs
  • Tuna Salad Plate
  • Fresh Strawberries

Meal #2:

  • Turkey Slices
  • Shrimp

Meal #3:

  • Hard Boiled Eggs
  • Chicken

Meal #4:

  • Bacon Strips
  • Low Fat Milk
  • Banana Milk Shak e

Day 2:

Meal # 1:

  • 2 Pieces of bread
  • Deli style meat
  • Lettuce, Tomatoes, and Onions are OPTIONAL

Meal# 2, Meal# 3 and Meal# 4:

Fresh Fruit

This is going to cleanse your body in order to prepare your body to start losing more weight.

Day 3:

Meal # 1:

  • Peanuts
  • Scrambled Eggs

Meal # 2:

  • Tuna Salad Plate

Meal # 3:

  • Shrimp
  • Hard Boiled Eggs
  • Fresh Plums

Meal #4:

  • Bacon Strips
  • Chicken

Day 4:

Meal #1:

  • Scrambled Eggs
  • Tuna Salad Plate

Meal #2:

  • Shrimp

Meal #3:

  • Fresh Grapes
  • Orange Pineapple Smoothie

Meal #4:

  • Hard Boiled Eggs
  • Chicken

Day 5:

Meal #1:

  • Tuna Salad Plate

Meal #2:

  • Shrimp
  • Hard Boiled Eggs

Meal #3:

  • Fresh Strawberries
  • Banana Milkshake

Meal #4:

  • Chicken

Always drink 8-10 glases of water throughout the day.


You are allowed to eat as much as you want until you are satisfied.

You can swap the order in which you eat those 4 meals at your liking.

You should eat one meal every 3 hours throughout the day.

After 11 days you will get to have 3 cheat days, where you can eat whatever you want to, after that you’ll start another 11 days of calorie shifting.

As you can see calorie shifting is quite easy to follow and very satisfying. With the online diet generator, you can choose between several foods, that you like and it will give you then your very own personalized calorie shifting diet plan.

The main principle is, to group your foods together into meals that are the most conductive to the fat burning process.

    With this plan do you do the 5 days over and over for 11 days then 1 day break then start again?

    No, the menu plan on this website is just an example. The online diet generator will provide you with your very own meal plan, which you will follow for 11 days. After that you’ll have 3 days off and then the diet generator will give you another meal plan for another 11 days.

    Hey guys, I bought this diet a couple weeks ago an I love it. It really does work. When I started on day one I was about 120.5 and now im around 114, so it really works. I would encourage everyone who wants to lose weight to buy this diet. Its worth it.

    Yes they are, but you actually need 11 days with ever changing meals, that what calorie shifting is all about.

    Diet calories should be kept as low as possible so that you can lose fat as soon as possible. I always keep my diet calories at low level by avoiding foods with high glycemic index. ::”.;

    Hi Marie, Do you work for any particular diet plan. Your site is pretty fancy for someone who just wants the public to be aware? Some years back I paid $49 for a site called Diet for Idiots and was put off for being called an idiot and the premise of the diet was scary to say the least and when I generated a menu it was nonsense who eats peanuts and applesauce for a meal. so I never started. Well I ran across calorie shifting diet which led me to the idiot thing and I tore my basement up looking for it. Meanwhile my husband downloaded the 2011 handbook and it wasn’t anything like the one I bought before,it had regular diet meals which I could do blindfolded and it was from the man guy. You need to check on this.

    No, I don’t work for any diet plan. I just tried out this diet and it worked for me. I don’t think my site is all that fancy, but if it is the reason might be that I actually design websites for a living ;)
